The applicants must submit 2 completed sets of following documents:

Ø              Student Application Form - signed

Ø              UNIGIS Terms of Participation - signed

Ø              Curriculum Vitae - signed

Ø              Attested copies of educational/training certificates mentioned in the student application form and curriculum vitae (if needed, originals may be required for verification).

Ø              Attested copy of passport/ national identity card / voter card etc.

Ø              2 copies of recent photograph with the name written on the backside of the photograph.
